Description: this program deepens your understanding of the advanced Tai Chi principles and their application into a consistent form (Tao Lu) that serves as a mnemonic device and a tool to effectively apply the concept of dynamic meditation and integrate it into your daily life.

 

The program consists of:

Learning the principles of Taoist breathing and its integration into the meditation pose.

The 24 form Tai Chi routine with all its applications

Introducing the applicant to the partner exercises of pushing hands (Tuishou) in order to feel another person’s energy.
