Description: the part 2 edition of this program will be focusing on the explosive release of your energy via dynamic breathing exercises and unique martial arts techniques of the internal schools of Taoism known as Cannon Fist.
The program deepens your understanding and practice of:
-XuJin: ways to store energy in your lower Dan Tian (energy center in your body)
-cannon fist exercises
-breath control exercises to effectively move between these two extremes
-Learning of Chen style Routine (Tao Lu)
