Description: With this program, you will be introduced to the Chen Style of Tai Chi, the first style inspired by Martial arts, with emphasis on the powerful but soft execution of different techniques. The program will aim at strengthening the sinews and your muscles as a stage one in the prelude to developing explosive power at a later stage.
