Since the first training session, every session was special and different. Each season has a goal and was more challenging than the previous one. Taking part has helped me see my improvements no matter how small it was at times.
The weekly sessions are a mental relief and interesting challenges that I always looked forward to.
To sum things up, the experience in this positive environment has played a major part in building my passion for martial arts and sports.
