Description: It is always fun for any child to go beyond the limits that their body imposes on them. It is a character building sport as well as having a positive impact on spatial awareness with all these inversions at a young age, and learning to use the body to its fullest potential.

The program includes:

  • Basics of tumbling: front/side/back rolling, cartwheels, roundoffs, etc.
  • Basics of balancing: on the head, the hands, the forearms, on one leg in different poses
  • Basics of controlled falling: facedown (falling statue), face up, sideways
  • Basics of jumping skills: aerial kicks, spins, twisting, etc.
