10:30 AM – 12:30 PM DYNAMIC MEDITATION TECHNIQUES THROUGH TAI CHI
  • Learning The ShaoLin Temple method of Warming up the body and preparing it for Qigong (Sets 1 & 2)
  • Introduction To Taoist QiGong & learning the first 4 movements of the ShiBaShi TaiJi Gong 18)
  • Demonstration of Yang Style TaiChi & getting ready for the
  • JiBenGong (Basics of TaiChi)
    • YuBeiShi (preparation & posture alignment)
    • Learning the common basics for all styles of TaiChi
    • The 7 star position
    • The Tree Position (Standing Meditation)
    • TaiChi Walking basics
12:30 PM – 2:00 PM LUNCH BREAK
2:00 – 4:00 PM TAICHI FITNESS & FLEXIBILITY PREPARATION + PARTNER TRAININGS
  • The Special preparation of the body in terms of flexibility & strength needed to safely progress in the art of TaiChi
    • Different styles of flexibility
    • Eccentric strengthening principles
    • Dynamic Flexibility (Ballistics training)
    • Improving the Core Muscle tone with Slow twitch / fast twitch exercises
    • Balance Training
    • Introduction to Push Hands (Tui Shou)
    • Partner exercises (Isometric Stretching)
3:30 – 5:00 PM BREAK & LIGHT SNACKS
5:00 – 7:00 PM SUNSET QI QONG & MEDITATION
  • Applying the Shaolin Set 1 & 2 as preparation
  • Learning the 5 elements concept and their application in QiGong
  • Finishing all the basics required to learn a short routine of TaiChi
  • The DanTian alignment system & The Golden Ball Meditation Exercise (Microcosmic Orbit preparation)

7:30 – 9:00 AM ENERGY WORK – MORNING QIGONG AND TAI CHI
  • Continuing to learn the 3rd set from The ShaoLin Temple method of Warming up the body.
  • Pre-Qigong Cathartic breathing techniques
  • Xu Jin (storing Energy) & Fa Jin (Issuing Energy)
  • Introduction to Dragon Breathing
  • Progressing with the knowledge of the next 6 movements from theShiBaShi TaiJi Gong. (Movements 1- 10)
9:00 – 10:00 AM BREAKFAST BREAK
10:00 AM – 12:00 PM DYNAMIC MEDITATION TECHNIQUES THROUGH TAI CHI
  • The 5 axes of the TaiChi practice (Shou, Yan, Shen, Fa, Bu)
  • Practicing the complete basics of Yang style TaiChi & Starting the first part of the Yang Style TaiChi
  • Introduction to the different styles of TaiChi and their different applications (Chen, Sun, Wu)
  • Combining Static & Dynamic Meditation (through the ZhanZhuang Gong – Standing still meditation)

    • Shaolin sets 13- & Dragon breathing as preparation
    • 5 Elements QiGong for Balancing the circulation in the body
    • ZhanZhuang Gong (standing meditation)
    • The 10 movements of ShiBaShi TaiJi Gong
    • Harmonizing the DanTian-s for The Taoist Golden Ball Meditation

CANCELLATION POLICY

Upon booking, the money should be transferred by 48 hours for confirmation.

  • Should you have to cancel before October 21, you get refunded the whole amount
  • Should you have to cancel between 22 and 28, you get refunded 50% of the amount
  • Should you have to cancel on October 29, you don’t get refunded
